Description
The 2076 filter has been classified as a P2HF particulate filter, and is thus able to be used for protection from mechanically and/or thermally generated particulates i.e. it provides protection against dusts, mists and fumes. It is also approved for use against hydrogen fluoride (HF) up to ten times the Exposure Standard and also offers relief from nuisance* levels of other acid gases such as chlorine or sulphur
RECOMMENDED USE
Particulate Cartridge 2076HF, Hydrogen Fluoride/P95, with nuisance level acid gas relief* harmful Particulate Filter Solids such as those from processing minerals, coal, iron ore, cotton, flour, and certain other substances. Liquid or oil based particles from sprays that do not also emit vapors. Metal fumes produced from welding, brazing, cutting and other operations involving heating of metals. Hydrogen fluoride. 3M recommended for relief from nuisance levels of acid gases such as sulfur dioxide and/or chlorine.
